Cruz Palafox, 9th, smiled with satisfaction as he drew with passion.
“I would describe myself artistic,” Cruz said.
Cruz doesn’t only enjoy drawing but is also interested in sports.
“I would like to play soccer because it looks fun and interesting,” Cruz said. “All my friends play it so I would like to fit in with them.”
Cruz also enjoys music, especially rap.
“Rap is my favorite because it tells about true experiences,” Cruz said
Two of Cruz’s closest friends are Luis Martinez, 9th, and Jose Morales, 8th.
“Cruz is helpful, funny, respectful, and honest,” Jose said.
Jose and Luis are glad to be friends with Cruz.
“Cruz is funny and boring at times, but he is still my best friend,” Luis said.
