Alexis Gonzalez, 9th, is a happy, positive, and optimistic person who likes to be a role model to younger students.
"I like how the younger students look up to us," Alexis said.
"Alexis is a shy but loud person," Antoine Cato, 9th, said.
Alexis does not talk much, which makes her stand out from her family.
"My dad is the most influential person in my family because he gives lectures," Alexis said.
Friends are valuable to Alexis.
“My friends are very important to me because I can tell them anything and get all my problems solved,” Alexis said.
Not only does Alexis value her friends, but they value her, too.
"I've been knowing Alexis since we were in elementary school," Erica Salinas, 9th, said. "We didn't become best friends until 5th grade. Ever since then, we've been unbreakable. She is the peanut butter to my jelly! Without her, my life would be horrible!"
